We believe in the arts and the positive impact it has in the world. Proper dance education is prestigious and obscure, and we work tirelessly to inform and inspire our community.
The Dance Academy began as Star Dancers Studio more than 20 years ago with a program focused primarily on drill team training. Since those early beginnings the studio has grown to include classes in virtually every genre of dance.
We believe in delivering a high caliber of training in a nurturing atmosphere. We offer the best of competitive dance and performance art, providing pre-professional training to instill artistry, versatility and a strong technical foundation for a future in all areas of dance.
Our training methods are equally focused on shaping an individual to have respect, integrity, strength of character, moral virtue, work ethic, dedication, as well as a versatile artistic and technical foundation in all genres of dance.
The Dance Academy offers guidance that best suits your dancer, in areas including but not limited to; individualized training tracks, injury prevention, nutrition, audition information, information on college and professional dance preparation, and all the details that encompass a dancer’s life.
With the addition of North Austin Dance Artists, Ballet Academy North, and the award winning REALM hip hop company, our studio has evolved into a unique hybrid studio like no other.
